Website Creation/Hosting
- WordPress - The #1 Blog Publishing Platform. Free and easily customizable with wonderful support. This is a WordPress site, looks pretty good, right!
- WordPress plugins – Download any plugins, widgets, or customizable elements for your WordPress blog.
- WooThemes – Premium WordPress Templates – My favorite provider for premium themes . Excellent support forum and seems to always be having a promotion or discount code. I’m using the Sealight WooTheme.
- Weebly - By far the most powerful and easiest way to create a website. No html knowledge required.
- Go Daddy
– Probably the most popular site to purchase domain names. I have purchased all of my domain names from GD. My only con is the amount of “add on” promotions they bombard you with before checking out.
- HostGator – Low cost, great chat support, easy to use control panel + they give you $100 Google adwords credit which is great when getting started exploring how adwords work.
- BlueHost
– Another low cost host with a $75 Google credit and several 1 click script installs.
Product Distribution & Shopping Carts
- E-Junkie - The shopping cart I use to sell my eBook. It’s compatible with Paypal Standard, Paypal Pro, Google Checkout, Authorize.net, TrialPay, Clickbank & 2CheckOut. Works like a charm, very low price to use. Also offers an affiliate program for your products.
- Clickbank - Probably the most popular digital products retailer. Decently priced, but comes with an amazing affiliate program for your products.
- Paypal.com - Paypal is ok for selling your own products , but you’ll need an account anyways to configure with and accept payments from most shopping cart services.

Email Subscriptions & Marketing
- Aweber – One of the internet’s top email opt-in service and email marketing/broadcasting tool. Has lots of features and reasonable rates.
- MailChimp - Another great email marketing provider. This is the auto-responder that I use. Why? Probably because I’m very frugal and it allowed me to have more free email campaigns and subscribers than the others. Great for those on a small budget and are just getting started.
- GetResponse – Another popular email auto responder with pretty much the same features. Just a matter of preference…definitely worth comparing with the others listed.
